2025 UX Demo Reel — Simplifying B2B SaaS User Journeys

How it started

SMG Ops is a derivative of Smartmoney Group LLC, a company I co-founded with my twin brother in 2018. We built websites, ran events, worked in nightlife and fashion. Life moved on, the company went dormant. I came back to it in 2026 with a clearer focus and a different set of tools.

The work

My background is enterprise UX and systems design, going back to the early 2000s.

Bandujo · New York City · 2004–2013

I got my start at Bandujo, a design agency in New York City. We designed the Bank of Tokyo website. Built ATM screens for Chase, including work on a billboard at Madison Square Garden that is still up today. I designed ATM experiences for the New York Knicks and worked inside Chase Private Client with JP Morgan Chase.

Home Depot · 2015–2016

At Home Depot I was part of the team that built Track Your Order and My Account. That work contributed to their Internet Retailer of the Year recognition in 2015, and the UX architecture from that project is still running on every Home Depot site globally. Baymard Institute later used my actual designs and patterns as the reference examples in two published research articles — one on integrating order tracking into e-commerce self-service, and one on cancellation-requested order state handling.

Primerica · 2016

Designed the iOS mobile experience for Primerica, including Touch ID and PIN code authentication flows.

IHG · 2017–2018

At IHG I contributed to the GRS system and a large portion of their enterprise design system.

Camping World / Good Sam · 2020–2023

At Camping World I worked on Marcus Lemonis's personal page and RV rentals during a period when the company scaled from roughly $500 million toward $1.5 billion. I was on the UX team that helped rock that boom, and the results reflect it.

Now: AI as infrastructure

For the past three years I have been combining that foundation with AI deployment. The goal is not AI as a feature. It is AI as infrastructure.

We are moving toward an agentic web. Websites will still exist, but experiences will be served through agents. MCPs will replace traditional navigation layers. Evaluations will be baked into the objects themselves. The right context, the right people, the right time. All coordinated.

SMG Ops exists to forward-deploy that future for the companies we work with. Growth through AI and orchestration, with the human element intact throughout.

Who we work with

Most of our clients today are startups, well-funded small teams, and founders running one-to-ten-person operations. The bigger the problem, the more I want it.

If you are building something ambitious, reach out. There is no project too big and no dream too small for us to try to bring into fruition.
